10 Signs You Should Stop Eating Gluten Immediately


Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley and more than 50 diseases have been related to it by now. It is estimated that 99% of people that are gluten intolerant are never diagnosed. Another estimate states that 15% of US population is gluten intolerant.

It can take months or years to clear your body from gluten because it is a large protein. So it’s better to eliminate gluten from your meals as long as you can.
