I have been in two classes with Waltraud, one 5 day class and one self-help class, and I remember very clearly sitting at the first day at the 5 day class in England, when she made her introductory speech to the class, how I was thinking that what she said was exactly what I needed to hear right there and then, I felt that was why I came to that class. And of course that speech is different for every instructor (and even for the same instructor) – it depends on what students there are in the class, what the circumstances are in the world at that moment, and so on… it’s really interesting how all the instructors present the “subject”, I pay attention to that, I feel that there’s a lot of wisdom in those words…
And I hope she will give a class about drawing and deepening the of the Organ flows, in English – so far I’ve only seen that class given in the German language
And of course there will be more classes with her in 2019, this is the only one posted so far, but there will be more…
Here you can find her classes:

I’ve been to several classes with Wayne Hackett, I think it’s 4 or 5 – if you have a chance to take a class with him I really recommend it! The dates for the classes here are up to Nov 2019, but I’m sure there will be more classes than those already mentioned, as he likes to travel 🙂
Here are some words about him from the jsjinc.net page:
Wayne Hackett was born and raised in California, graduating from high school in Tehachapi, California. He attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, where he majored in pre-dental studies. He was accepted into the University of Oregon Dental School;however, later chose to return to Abilene Christian University, where he received a B.S. Ed degree, specializing in the sciences and secondary education. In Texas, he worked in both state and private institutions as a teacher/counselor.
In 1972, he moved to Boulder, Colorado, where his interest turned towards holistic health and education. Structural integration (the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf) shaped and focused much of his early study. On November 14, 1977, Wayne met Mary Burmeister, who has been his teacher and inspiration since that day.
Wayne currently makes his home on the Island of Kauai in Hawaii, where he continues his Jin Shin Jyutsu study and maintains a private practice. Wayne travels extensively, presenting Jin Shin Jyutsu lectures in the United States and throughout the world. He has a particular fascination with the esoteric significance of symbols (numbers) and cosmic geometry (planetary relationships).

So, I got back from Ireland last Friday, after participating in my second Jin Shin Jyutsu class with Sadaki Kato – I can recommend his classes highly, there was a lot of very good information, a lot of new flows, and a lot of nice people.
And as I understand it he only got access to Jiro Murai and Haruki Kato’s material after his father died (2 years ago) which means he is constantly researching that material, which also means that his classes will not be the same every time, since he discovers new material all the time. So it’s a good idea to go to several of his classes, as you probably will get some new information in every class you attend.
He will teach a class in Germany in October 2016, here’s the information about that class:
Course Title: Special Jin Shin Jyutsu 5 Day Kato Text training (in Japanese with German translation) Start Date: October 28, 2016 (Friday) End Date: November 01, 2016 (Tuesday) Location: BONN, GERMANY

or Five 5-Day classes, plus a NKM or Journey Continues Class.

And there was also some information in the class in Ireland about other classes coming up, these classes are not posted yet at jsjinc.net, I will post more information about them as soon as I know more. He will teach a class in Germany next spring (2017), as I understood it, in Freiburg. And there will be a class in Boulder, Colorado, in the end of July 2017. And also a class in Perth, Australia, in November 2017.
Sadaki Kato Perth, Australia 5-Day Class Announcement
It is an honour and privilege to announce that Perth, Australia will host a 5-Day class with Sadaki Kato in November 2017.
Sadaki, the son of Haruki Kato, joined the Jin Shin Jyutsu faculty in 2013, and presented his first class in the US in May 2014.
The format for this class follows the Haruki Kato texbooks and the prerequisite is seven (7) 5-Day class – or – five (5) 5-Day classes + one Now Know Myself (NKM) or Journey Continues class.
You may join us as a review student if you have previously attended one of the Jin Shin Jyutsu inc sponsored Haruki Kato classes in Hawaii or Osaka, or one of Sadaki’s classes since 2014.
If you would like the opportunity to attend Sadaki’s Perth class and you are just short of the required number of prerequisite 5-Day classes, there are many opportunities within our region for you to make up the shortfall in the next 17 months.
Some of these regional classes available are:

I have changed my diet several times during the years, I have stopped eating sugar several times, and been doing that for a long time some times – it feels so much better without it, but it’s difficult to avoid it all the time… the problem is many times the hidden sugar in food, to be really aware of where the traps are… but I am getting better and better at avoiding it 🙂
This is an interesting article about the issue – people often say that they don’t drink alcohol, so they shouldn’t have any problems with the liver, but it could be problems anyway…
Fatty liver disease: the frightening epidemic affecting one in three Australians
For years, John Hatty was a senior businessman travelling the world. The former scientist’s job with a mining company took him to many fine restaurants where he would consume what he now calls his “three enemies” – sugar, salt and fat.
But this all came to a halt when the 63-year-old discovered he had non-alcoholic fatty liver disease – a lesser known complication of obesity that now affects about one in three Australians.
About 18 months ago, Mr Hatty, a father of four, was told the disease was causing catastrophic damage to his liver – an essential organ that breaks down food, removes toxins and regulates our metabolism.
While the disease does not produce symptoms for 90 to 95 per cent of people, it was causing fluid to build up in his abdomen. It was also triggering frightening lapses of consciousness, including one that put him in intensive care for three days.
“My specialist said you have two choices. If you don’t get a liver transplant, you have two bad years ahead of you. And if you do get a liver transplant, there’s every chance you will get two good decades,” he said.
This year, Mr Hatty became one of a growing number of Australians to receive a liver transplant for the condition which kills about 2500 people a year.
Liver specialists say that with two thirds of Australians now overweight, the condition is exploding. And while it once affected mostly older men, it can now be found in people in their 20s.
Associate Professor Paul Gow, a senior liver specialist at the Austin Hospital, said although some people of a healthy weight suffered from fatty liver disease, suggesting a genetic factor, most people with it are obese.
He said mounting research suggested it may be caused by fructose (a sweetener found in many processed foods) and chemicals known as “advanced glycation end products” (AGEs), which are produced when foods high in protein and fat are fried.
“We’re having more pre-prepared foods which tend to have more AGEs in them and it’s making our livers sick,” he said.
Associate Professor Gow said about 5-10 per cent of people experience potentially fatal consequences of it, including cirrhosis, cancer and liver failure. The trouble is, by the time you have these problems, it’s usually too late.
The only treatment is a transplant, and you may not qualify for the procedure or receive a donation in time. The disease can be diagnosed by a blood test which sometimes leads to an ultrasound and biopsy.
Dr Anthony Rode, a liver specialist at Epworth, said while fatty liver disease is potentially curable with weight loss, only about 20 per cent of his patients lost weight and kept it off. This is despite his clinic including dieticians, psychologists and bariatric surgeons to help people. With no signs of the obesity epidemic slowing, he is worried about how many people would suffer from it in the future.
“This is going to overwhelm the health system,” he said. “It’s huge.”
As Mr Hatty continues to lose weight after his transplant, he hopes his story will raise awareness of the disease and encourage people to become organ donors.
“There’s a big scar on my body that looks like an L for love,” he said. “I’m so grateful.”
I like to travel, and I like Jin Shin Jyutsu, and quite often I try to combine those two things, but so far I haven’t been able to travel to Australia or New Zealand – it is far away from Sweden, so I haven’t been there, yet…
But I met Jennifer Holmes at the organizers meeting in Germany last summer, a very nice person – so for you out there that are closer to Australia and New Zealand, you have a chance to go to classes with her. There’s not many classes with her yet on the website, since she is a fairly new instructor, but you don’t have to wait for classes to be posted on the website – you can go ahead and invite her, if you have enough people for a class – and she likes to travel, as I understand it.
Here are some words about her from the jsjinc.net website:
“I was born in Oamaru, New Zealand in 1945.
I came to Jin Shin Jyutsu after searching all my conscious life for that certain “otherness” or deeper spiritual meaning to our existence.
After training as a school teacher, I travelled in my twenties to Australia and Europe where I taught English, meeting people from all over the globe. Returning home to New Zealand, missing the space, deserted beaches, native bush and family, I obtained a university degree in Spanish/English, fell in love, married and gave birth to 5 children. My spiritual search continued, my children being some of my greatest teachers. I attended seminars on nature based spirituality (easy in a country which has an abundance of nature), and then later returned to Europe to study with a spiritual master in Germany. I also enjoyed Numerology.
In 1997 Jin Shin Jyutsu found me and here was a woman named Mary Burmeister telling me “the answers lie within”. I felt I had come home.
Being rather practical by nature I love the combination of spirituality and body work which Jin Shin Jyutsu encompasses, I love the empowerment it gives people, the way I feel during a session and the gift of being able to help others and most of all “Getting to KNOW-Help MYSELF”.
I love sharing the JSJ story because it is limitless, without beginning or end. It simply IS, Nature, Effortless Reality.
Recently my travels and interests have extended to Japan, Asia and the Pacific region.”
